Liquid Drug Products
Coriolis Pharma develops and manufactures liquid drug products—including formulation work requiring solvents, co-solvents and excipients selection—and formulation lifecycle management. Additionally, we can manufacture a developed formulation for preformulation, toxicology and proof of concept, as well as lead lot stability studies.
Automated Filling Equipment for Liquid Drug Products
We utilize modern automated filling equipment: the Flexicon FPC50 system, including LAF by Franz Ziel. This state-of-the-art solution is capable of processing all common vial formats and addressing non-GMP batch size needs ranging from a few dozen vials to several thousand.
Coriolis also provides filling solutions for non-vial container formats, including:
- Prefilled syringes
- Cartridges
- Safe-lock tubes
- Cryotubes
- Custom container formats
We offer flexible semiautomated or manual filling solutions for small batches and products up to biosafety level 2.
