New Publication: Stability of Jurkat cells during short-term liquid storage analyzed by flow imaging microscopy

This paper investigates how short-term, non-frozen storage conditions affect the viability of cell-based medicinal products (CBMPs), using Jurkat cells as a model. Results show that cell viability decreases over time under various storage conditions, with DMSO having a more damaging effect at room temperature, and highlight the potential of machine learning tools for label-free viability assessment, despite current limitations in accuracy.
